Janelle guides the group through a Reiki-infused meditation to let go of the noise, to-dos, and performance so you can hear yourself. That creates space for what’s next.
Next, Amelia leads a journal session with prompts—no overthinking, just first responses: How did the meditation feel? What did you carry in? This journey will inclide a short intention and mindset exercise to prepare you for your reading session with Janelle. Mindset work is an effective psychological tool on its own—add the Reiki energy and you’ll move faster.

The readings are specific, a little snarky, and startlingly accurate. A nail might mean something you're going to completely nail — or something that's about to nail you. Janelle reads what she sees with the same directness the charms themselves tend to offer.

Right after your reading — while you're still in that open, clear, freshly-known state — Amelia photographs you. Not the version of you that's been managing and performing. The version that just got honest with itself.
You'll also move through a brief intention-setting exercise before your shoot. So you know exactly what you're carrying into the frame — and what you're leaving behind.
It's what's possible once you've done the inside work first.

When they're cast onto the Charms chart — organized by the zodiac calendar — they tell the story of the year ahead. The themes. The timing. The things you didn't know were coming.

When I look at photographs of myself, I do not see a problem. I see the physical manifestation of an ever-expanding heart. Full-bodied. Without restriction. Dense with love in the way that only someone who has held a great deal of it can be.
It took me a long time to get there.
What Amelia has always known — as a writer, as a strategist, as someone who has spent decades in rooms with every kind of person — is that most people cannot see themselves clearly. Completely. Your Charm Reading takes place in a separate, closed room with just you and Janelle. The photoshoot will also be in a separate room. What happens in these spaces, stays in these spaces.
